Joseph B. Howard, Sr.,Th.d, is a Christian author, speaker,
public presenter, evangelist and activist in many communities,
particularly correctional institution communities.
Rev. Joseph Howard is a third generation steel worker, born amidst the red
haze and dust of the steel mills in Gary, Indiana where he enjoyed writing as
a small child. He proudly attended Gary Public Schools and later went on to
join the United States Navy (View bio) He currently serves as chaplain for a
state institution. Chaplin Howard has been in ministry for over twenty-eight
years and works as:

He is currently preparing for a new position that will involve mentoring outstanding men of integrity and
character for pastoral assignments.
